In a flurry of activity, the construction of Barrams Road kicked off last month and we are thrilled to see the beautiful shape of Barrams Road forming already.

The construction of Barrams Road is an integral part of our community giving fast access to a multitude of local amenities, making the daily run-around easy and convenient.

As well as being the main access into Montview, Barrams Road will provide access to the local primary and secondary schools, which both have an excellent reputation and are located just around the corner.

For groceries or retail therapy, Ripley Valley Town Centre is a 5-minute drive, while a brand-new Retail Village Centre is proposed just 1 minute away on Barrams Road. Once roadwork is complete, Centenary Highway will be only 1 minute from Montview, providing quick access to Springfield in under ten minutes.

There’s no question that Montview commands a superior position in the Ripley Valley.
