See Stages 1 and 2 coming to life at Montview!

We’re excited to bring you the first Montview construction update of 2024 and it’s an impressive one, with excellent progress having been made on Stages 1, 1a & 2.

Lucas Drive (formerly Barrams Road, the main entry to our estate) is due to open in the coming weeks after being completely re-built, with final civil works progressing well. Now sporting new bitumen, footpaths, kerb, channelling, and traffic lights at the Sandstone Boulevard intersection, Lucas Drive will give Montview residents even better access in both directions to an impressive range of schools, shops, parks, and sporting facilities.

The completion of Lucas Drive allows Montview to progress with more construction and land releases this year.

Back inside the Montview community, construction works have advanced well, despite the recent weather.

Infrastructure has been installed ready for sewer, water and power connections and roads are nearing completion. In the next month, roads will be complete and landscape works will be commencing. See the photos below – can you spot your block of land taking shape?
